Our deluxe rooms have King or Queen sized beds and private bathrooms. All our rooms are Art Deco inspired with a touch of classic cool. The Avalon also offers apartment style suites at our adjacent building. Guests can enjoy all the amenities that the Hollander Hotel and The Avalon Hotel offers.

“Clean and comfortable. This newly remodeled hotel is in a neat old historic building. It was originally a hotel built in the 1930’s.
We enjoyed some free wine and cheese at check in and good coffee and homemade banana bread in the morning. Short walk to all the cool stuff to do in St. Pete. Bed and shower were great. AC was ice cold. Free parking. Sister property right next door gave us access to a pool, a nice restaurant and a complimentary shuttle service. The proprietors obviously take pride in their place.
Look forward to staying here again.”
